There is an old saying, "one man's food is another man's poison".Not everyone's body functions exactly the same or needs the same minerals, vitamins, foods,etc as the next person. I've really been researching Metabolic Typing and the blood type diet. Right now I feel my body is more sympathetic dominant and my blood type is A-positive.

Is it possible to rejuvenate each cell in your body? Well I believe the answer is yes if you give it the tools it needs. I pray for faith, guidance, strength & the will to heal my body, mind & spirit. Ever since my pancreatitis attack I felt like my life was on stand still. I want to start living again, planning a future.
